HERABAN^®

Chlorpyriphos inhibits acetylcholinesterase in insect nerve synapses, preventing the breakdown of acetylcholine. This causes the accumulation of nerve transmitter, resulting in overstimulation of the nervous system. The affected insects undergo paralytic convulsions and eventually die. HERABAN provides effective pest control through contact, stomach, and vapour action.

Heranba HERABAN is generally compatible with most insecticides and fungicides, but it should not be mixed with alkaline compounds, sulphur, and copper-based fungicides. Always perform a small-scale jar compatibility test before preparing a tank mix.

Heranba HERABAN can be used on paddy (rice), beans, gram, sugarcane, cotton, groundnut, mustard, brinjal, cabbage, onion, apple, ber, citrus, and tobacco to control the target pests listed in the dosage recommendations.

Apply Heranba HERABAN at the recommended dosage according to the crop and target pest. Refer to the dosage table for the appropriate application rate for each crop. It provides broad-spectrum pest control, manages economically important stem borers, and helps reduce yield losses caused by multiple pest species.
