ROLEX combines two complementary modes of action for effective disease management. Tebuconazole works systemically by inhibiting the C14-demethylase (CYP51), preventing fungi from producing ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. At the same time, Sulphur acts as a contact fungicide by disrupting fungal respiration and other essential metabolic processes. Together, they provide both preventive and curative protection against a broad range of fungal diseases.
