Mode of Action
Understanding the mechanism of SPENZER
Spenzer controls mites and whiteflies by inhibiting lipid (fat) biosynthesis, which is essential for their growth, development, and reproduction. Spiromesifen blocks the acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase) enzyme, preventing the formation of essential lipids. As a result, eggs and immature stages are unable to develop properly, leading to a significant reduction in pest populations.
